Training Tips

Make it Easier:

  • Reduce the kettlebell weight
  • Limit the range of motion at the top of the swing (raise the kettlebell to the height of the chest instead of head)

Make it Harder:

  • Increase the kettlebell weight
  • Increase the range of motion to directly overhead

AMRAP in 20 minutes:

10 Double Unders

  • Try Jumping Pull-ups.
  • Use support bands.
  • Break up larger sets into small sets with rest periods in between efforts.

  • Do it faster while focuing on perfect technique.
