Adult Boxing

York Region’s only Registered Boxing Club
Get ready for something you’ve never experienced before – an authentic boxing program. This is not a cardio-boxing class taught by an aerobics instructor. This is real boxing. You will be put through your paces of real boxing training, and technical skill development. This includes heavy bag work, focus mitt training, shadowboxing, skipping, skill development and road work.
Boxers are some of the fittest athletes around and there is no reason you can’t look and feel like one of these athletes yourself, regardless of your current fitness level.
You may even surprise yourself and decide to participate in some supervised contact sparring or even decide you want to compete as an amateur boxer.
