Fit Kid

Fit Kid is a general fitness and conditioning program for kids. It was created for both athletic and non-athletic children alike. This program is intented to increase a childs overall fitness, and help them start on a path of lifelong health and fitness. Our program is based on the LTAD (Long-Term Athletic Development) Model developed by the Canadian Soprts Centre, using ages appropriate activities to help them develop and improve their performance.
NOTE: This is not CrossFit program but a unique workout geared towards children of all ages.
