Sports Conditioning


Team Point Blank is proud of our intensive Sport Conditioning Programs for young athletes. With a strong focus placed on progressive strength improvement, superior cardio conditioning, athletic assertiveness, intensity, and emotional intelligence to play a sport at a professional level.  Athletes are expected to be committed to every workout, maximize their training time, and work in a team environment through the majority of workouts.  

Junior Sport Conditioning Program 

  • Ages 13 to 15
  • Training includes Olympic Lifting techniques and skill development, CrossFit core strength & conditioning, and kickboxing/boxing training for confidence and coordination.
  • Training time is mid to late morning and depends on group assignment.
  • 8 weeks of training; July 5 to August 27, 2010
  • 4 sessions per week; Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri
  • $1100+Tax.

 

Introduction to Sport Conditioning Training

  • Ages 10 to 12
  • Training will introduce athletes to Olympic Lifting techniques and skill development, CrossFit core strength & conditioning, and kickboxing/boxing training for confidence and coordination.
  • 6 weeks of training; July 6 to August 12, 2010
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 11:00am to 12:00pm
  • $300+Tax.

 

Small Group Sport Conditioning Training

  • Available for any age and skill level
  • Flexible training times: days, evenings, weekends
  • Groups of 3 to 10 athletes per session (5 session min)
  • Costs: $30 ea for groups of 3 to 5; $25 ea per groups of 6 to 10.
