So we have completed our 8 week Paelo/Zone Challenge this past week and we have gotten some ridiculously improvements and results from our participants. We ended off the challenge yesterday with a Paleo Potluck get together; and award presentation for our winners. We will be posting the results as well as the winners of the challenge in the next couple of days. So stay tuned!

The Paleo Revolution has begun and is taking hold throughout Point Blank. After seing the results of the 8 week Paleo Challenge, last night, our MMA class has started their own 6 week Paleo challenge looking to significantly improve their health and performance. Everyone has been weighed and measured, and on Monday they will be put through their paces with some specialy designed benchmarks. Good Luck guys!

Great results so far from many of our challenge participants. On average most of them shaved 3-4 minute of their Fran times; with one member taking 8 minutes off his. They have also seen a huge range of weight loss and body changes in some people with two guys losing as much as 20 and 32 lbs in only 8 weeks. We look forward to seeing some great improvements as everyone does their 2nd benchmarks today.
