Point Blank is one of Ontario's largest martial arts training centres, providing its students with recreational and competitive opportunities for athletic development in functional martial arts and combat sports.

Our goal at the Point Blank is to develop long term athletic ability, overall fitness, confidence, respect and discipline in our students while having a great time doing it.

While most clubs rely on 'traditional' teaching, we utilize proven coaching and training methods that greatly increase the overall ability and skills of our students. We continually work at improving our own ability to coach, by actively participating in nationally accredited coaching programs, seminars/workshops, as well as upgrading our own athletic training. We never stop learning.

We offer an exciting range of training in MMA / Jeet Kune Do Concepts; Muay-Thai, Boxing, Kali/Eskrima, Grappling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to help you reach your fitness and athletic goals.

Point Blank is the only area martial arts school covered by our insurance providers, through CASK and Boxing Ontario, for full-contact, and to use recognized Provincial and National safety standards in our training to ensure the health an safety of our members.
