Let's meet Oksana!

Straight from the Ukraine, Oksana brings 15 years of Sports background, specializing in movement, strength, nutrition  and well being geared towards the athlete.

​

Having completed many training courses involving both personal and group fitness, Oksana has created her own blend of Yoga, Movement, Strength, Cardio and Flexibility program aptly named FIT MIX that we are proud to offer at Point Blank Martial Arts and Fitness.

With a complete and trained understanding of how sport and Fitness integrates into everyday life, her goal is to provide through her teaching and classes, a contribution to each individual helping them lead a healthier life and achieve their own Fitness goals.

​

Speaking 3 languages, Ukrainian, Russian and English, her infectious and warm personality create a wonderful environment as the perfect instructor.
